Message from Management in regards to hurricane preparation

ATTENTION: BOCA LAKES RESIDENTS

  In the event a tropical storm / hurricane warning is issued, it is the owners responsibility to close and secure your awnings and shutters as well as  bringing in any loose items that you may have outside, such as lounge chairs, tables, potted plants, garbage/recycling pails, barbecues gills etc.  Boca Lakes will not be responsible to do this. 

Please note that Boca Lakes Condominium Association is not liable for any damages to an individual home or their belongings. We recommend that owner’s monitor the news closely.
